Grassroots in the Garden Growing Community: Summer Maintenance Workshop.

Grassroots in the Garden is a series of free community workshops open to the public where you can learn gardening from an experience mentor, learn about how to care for the Seymour Park Food Forest, and get hands on practice.

In this session we’ll be caring for the many fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers found the Seymour Park Food Forest in a session all about general maintenance. From weeding, to watering, to harvesting and more, our Mentor, Dillon Weist will teach you about the various plants found at the park and what each individual one needs
